Hi! 👋 My name is Fazil Cherukad. I was born and raised in Calicut, India. I'm a husband, father, curious learner, and someone who finds joy in solving problems and making things better — whether that's technology, relationships, or just everyday life.

TADA — Building Something Meaningful 🚀

In 2023, I co-founded TADA as CTO. We're on a mission to make every moment and every person special through customised products designed with Generative AI. We help people learn new things in exciting, personalised ways — turning ordinary experiences into memorable ones.

What I Do 🧠

I build systems that scale, but always with people at the center. My experience as a CTO and entrepreneur has taught me that strong technology, honest leadership, and thoughtful growth can create real value for both business and society.

My goal is to build companies that grow with purpose—where scale is used responsibly, systems bring clarity, and success is measured not just by numbers, but by the positive impact created along the way.

My Approach ⚽

I bring the discipline of sport into how I build companies. Football taught me that great teams work because roles are clear—a startup struggles when everyone wants to play the same position. I lead by creating clarity around ownership, responsibility, and purpose.

I also believe in sustainable excellence. Your startup doesn't need 16-hour days. It needs a healthy brain — playing football, doing yoga, spending time with family. The best ideas come from minds that are rested, curious, and grounded.

Being a Toddler Parent ❤️

Now I truly understand how much my parents loved me. Being a parent has given me a window into their hearts — the joy of spending time together, playing with them, cuddling with them, learning with them, guiding them through this beautiful world.

Every moment with Nunu is precious. The way she runs to me when I come home, how she wants to show me everything she learned that day, the bedtime stories that stretch on because neither of us wants them to end. This is what life is about.

Farsu 🤍

I met Farsu in 2020, and she's been my partner in everything since. We're always there to support each other — in challenges and in dreams. I feel incredibly lucky to have found a true partner in life.

She has an incredible eye for craft and creativity — she makes beautiful things with her hands, from intricate designs to thoughtful handmade gifts. Where I think in systems and architecture, she thinks in textures and aesthetics. Together, we've built something beautiful.

Nunu 🌱

Nunu is our three-year-old daughter, and she's the heart of our home. She loves colouring, always wants some activity to do, helps her mother with everything, and is a puzzle master in the making. And she wants to cuddle all the time — which is perfectly fine with me.

Watching her discover the world reminds me that the best growth happens through wonder and play. She's taught me more about presence and joy than any book ever could.

Traveling Together ✈️

We love to travel as a family. But we're not the "visit 10 cities in 5 days" type. We explore places deeply — staying long enough to feel like home. We get to know local people, explore different food, culture, and language. It's not about checking boxes; it's about truly experiencing a place.

Seeing the world through Nunu's eyes makes every trip magical — her excitement, her wonder, her fearless curiosity. These moments remind me what life is really about.

Long-Term Investor 📈

I invest thoughtfully and in small amounts, with a long-term mindset. I focus on businesses I understand and respect — companies with solid fundamentals, ethical leadership, and the potential to grow steadily over time. I keep my risk balanced through diversification and measured decisions, and I’m not interested in day trading or chasing quick wins.

My approach is simple: learn deeply, invest patiently, and stay for the long run. I believe consistent, sustainable growth matters more than short-term gains. I may invest little, but I invest with care — patience, like in life, is what compounds.

Beyond Code 🌍

I'm a lifelong learner — constantly reading, exploring new domains, and connecting ideas across disciplines. Travel gives me perspective, football keeps me disciplined, and family keeps me grounded. These aren't separate from my work; they make me better at it.

I believe if your success doesn't uplift others, it's incomplete. Building great technology is important, but building a life of purpose is non-negotiable.
